Programmet sætter fokus på social entrepreneurship. I foredrag og workshops debatteres muligheder i og perspektiver på musikundervisning med sigte for nye sociale grupper, former og formater. Endvidere præsenteres igangværende forsknings og undervisningsprojekter.
Abigail D’amore will talk about the method used at Musical Futures and how bringing informal practices into formal contexts of classrooms can be challenging logistically yet highly beneficial in reaching children not otherwise engaged through traditional learning. Informal learning develops a child as not only a musician, but a creator, producer, and our research has shown has an impact on the way they approach learning elsewhere in the school.
