This quartet has dubbed its atmospheric, melodic, and acoustic folk music “Nordic folk”, and as their music often takes you back to old Nordic folk music traditions, that genre label makes perfect sense. They tell stories of longing for home, the search for peace and all things of life, death, hope and grace. Northern Assembly released their debut ep in 2014, and they still have music on their minds.
